  • Where are you located?

    Our address is 2040 Westlake Ave N, in Seattle. We are right on the waterfront of South Lake Union. You can find our pool entrance on the southwest corner of our building beneath China Harbor Restaurant. Follow our signs to locate the front entrance. You will need to walk down one flight of stairs to access our facility. 

    Please note outside our hours of operation our front entrance is not accessible. 

  • What time are swim lessons?

    Check out our customer portal to view our weekday and weekend lessons.

  • How long are the swim lessons?

    Our swim lessons are 30 minutes long and run perpetually through the year. This means your swimmer will continue with their weekly swim lessons until you choose to withdraw them.

  • How big are the classes?

    Our preschool, youth, and adult levels have a maximum of four students per class. Our parent-tot has a maximum of ten parents and toddlers in the class.

  • How do I register for swim lessons?

    Check out our customer portal to create an account and register for lessons. You can register for swim lessons three weeks before your desired start date.


  • When can I register for swim lessons?

    We have continuous enrollment which means you can join swim lessons any time of the month as long as there is availability in the class.  You can register for a class up to three weeks before your desired start date. Your swimmer will remain in their class until they are ready to move up to the next level or you want to remove them from lessons. 

  • What level should I register my child for?

  • Do you offer lessons for adults?

    Yes, we offer lessons for all swimmers ages 6 months to 99 years.

  • How warm is the pool?

    Our indoor pool is kept between 88 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure our swimmers stay warm through the lesson.

  • What do I need to bring to swim lessons?

    What you need to bring

    Swimmers will need to bring a suit and any other accessories for comfort in the water. Swimmers with longer hair will need a swim cap or a hair tie. Swimmers in advanced levels will need to bring goggles. Younger swimmers will need to bring swim diapers.


    What you don't need to bring

    We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in our newly renovated locker rooms. Swimmers in younger levels do not need to bring goggles.


    What if I forget something?

    We have goggles, nose plugs, and swim caps available for purchase in our lobby.



  • Do you offer makeup lessons?

    Yes, we allow up to 12 make-up lessons per year. If you need to miss a lesson, simply call, or email us. You can book your make-up lesson within 30 days of the original missed class.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    We do not offer refunds for cancelations as the swimmer's spot in the class is held for them each week. We do offer makeup lessons that can be booked when you call or email to cancel a lesson.


    Students who miss more than one half of a month of lessons without providing notice will be removed from the class. Exceptions are provided for family and medical emergencies.  

  • Do I get into the water during my child's swim lesson?

    No unless you are in the parent-tot class you do not enter the water. 

  • Do I need to attend my child's swim lesson?

    For kids 12 and under an adult needs to be in the pool area in case of emergency. Grandparents and nannies can bring in the swimmers. For kids 13 and up an adult needs to be in the general Lake Union area during swim lessons.

  • How am I billed for swim lessons?

    Our consecutive weekly swim lessons are billed monthly. Each month you will be billed for the number of lessons your child swims. For example, if your lessons are on Mondays and there are 5 Mondays in the month, you will be charged for 5 lessons at the per lesson price shown on our pricing page.

  • What happens if my child's favorite teacher is moved to a different lesson time?

    Sometimes our teachers need to change lesson times to accommodate their schedule. However, all of our swim teachers are highly trained and certified to teach all swim levels. 

  • How long will my child need to be in swim lessons?

    Every swimmer progresses at a different speed based on their own ability. We recommend that swimmers register for more than one lesson a week to help improve their skills. Our teachers are happy to communicate with you to update you on your swimmer's progress.

  • Do you have any kids camps?

    We will be hosting camps for kids during school break starting in summer of 2025
